You can now record your own 'Custom Reject Message'


The system will allow you to record a custom reject message.  This message is played when a caller calls too many times before an update.  This feature is always enable on 'Toll Free' numbers, but can optionally be enabled on 714 numbers. The reason for this restriction is to reduce costs by keeping a caller from repeatedly dialing your number just to run up your costs.

If you hear this message when you call to make your updates, simply press '*' during the message to access your service.

To make this message, logon to your service as an administrator, select 'record' and enter message number '93'. If you do not make your own message, then the system recording is used.  It says "You are only allowed to call this service twice per update.  Please call back at your designated time."
